Chestnuts, hazel nuts, wallnuts and gourmet tradition at la Métairie Basse
far before the officialisation of "Bio" label, Éliane et Jean Louis Lunes centered their farm production authentics chestnuts wallnuts, mushrooms and hazel nuts from the local forests. They carefully calibrate the fruits and prepare themselves delicious traditional receipes, enabling everybody to taste the specialities of the country.
